All staff were very welcoming during first time visit, and have remained the same since. I have always had such bad anxiety about having my teeth worked on. Today was my first visit to Rocket City Dental and I was very impressed. The hygienist did an excellent job. She was very thorough and she explained everything she did. She also ensured I was okay each step of the way. The doctor also was thorough and explained everything that was needed. The office staff were also helpful.

I had a root canal scheduled for today that was supposed to take less than two hours. It ended up being more complicated and lasted over three hours. The doctor was very patient and precise, and took the time to do a good job when there was a lot going on in the office I So appreciate her calm presence and expertise when I know it was a rough day. The other staff were all very kind as well I felt very taken care of, and would recommend going there to anyone who asked

I have a tendency to get very anxious when going to the dentist. Dr. Torello and his staff are warm, kind, understanding, and best of all, have a wonderful sense of humor that put me at ease. My wife and I have been patients here for many years (Cleanings, x-rays, fillings, and crowns). We were glad to see the staff be the constant while Dr Torello took over.
